Great until you need parts

It started off as very quiet but has gotten louder since purchasing less than a year ago. My problem with this brand is - they don't sell replacement parts. I need a new crisper tray and they dont exist! I was told by Bella to "search the internet for retailers that sell replacement parts" well - I have finally given up and will most likely never buy this brand again. There are lots of round crisper trays on amazon but none that are suitable to replace this brand model. Highly disappointed. For this reason - I do not recommend buying this product.

Made french fries and turn out a lot less oil and crunchy. Delicious. Made BBQ pork and BBQ chicken (Thighs and Drum Sticks) and only took 35 mins at 330 degree F and turn out juicy and delicious. Very Happy with that fryer. Looks pretty
