We've used this thing 10-15 times, and every time we use it, the house smells like cancer and burning plastic. The instruction book says that the smell is normal during the first time you use it... but if it doesn't stop reeking after the next time or two, I'm done with it. There's also no handle to lift up the metal grate from the bottom, so getting the food out is a pain. My Ninja had a handle to grab, which allowed me to dump the contents out. My last air fryer also had a lot more settings, too. Reheat. Broil. Dehydrate. Bake. Roast. Oh, and Air Fry. Additionally, there was a "start button" on my last air fryer that this one lacks. No seperate"start button" doesnt seem like a big deal, but i dont like that it'll start on whatever it's set to after only 3-5 seconds of idle time. ...Writing this review has definitely helped me make my mund up lol...

Need to exchange

The fan cuts off and on during the cook cycle. I called customer service and they said that's the way it works. I don't believe them because did takes twice as long to cook as it's settings say. Alsoi have a smaller air fryer that cooks faster. I'll change my review of the new unit is better. Also, I have to order it again as stores don't stock this

Needs a better tray.
