Will never buy anything Bella again

I bought it and didn't open it until after their return period expired. Big mistake! It didn't work from day one. First I went online to see if I was doing something wrong. Nope. Then tried to find out if there was some easy way to reset the machine to get rid of the error message I kept getting. Nope. Finally, I approached the manufacturer to get a refund. The process was ridiculous. Sent multiple emails to answer a stream of questions. Had to send pictures. Once they were convinced it really, truly didn't work, they authorized a refund. Oh, but then I had to send them a pic of the unit with the cord cut off before they'd cut a check. AND they made it very clear that if anything happened to the check, they weren't going to issue a second one (?)! Nothing like being treated like a criminal when you're just trying to return a crappy, non-working machine. To top off their horrible customer service, they said it could take 6 weeks for a refund. Yeah, one week for every $10 I spent. And, the check came on the sixth week.

Burgers won’t taste as good as grilling them on your outdoor grill. Fries won’t taste as good as frying them In oil. But it works pretty well and is nice to have options.
