Just ok, could be better

I have a Wolfgang puck one that is amazing and needed this one to replace my second air fryer I use for french fries when we make wings. I just put one normal sized bag of fries in this one. It takes a very long time to cook even when this thing is preheated and the quality is nowhere near the Wolfgang one or the old one that is replacing. It does the job and looks nice but it could be better.
