Stopped working after a couple of weeks.

Until all of a sudden just stopped working in the middle of cooking. Worst part is Best Buy doesn’t accept returns after 15 days. I had it for 19 days at that point. I have tried registering the product on product website and the link to register products has been down. I emailed them to let them know but no luck yet and the link is still not working.
