After one week of use it now makes an extremely loud noise for about the first ten minutes of use. It sounds horrible.

Works, but dead LED on front is disappointing.

The button works, but there is no backlight for it. Would be nice if everything out of the box worked. Was told I could bring it in to exchange. I went out of my way to not have to go in person when buying this, what makes them think I want to go in after to exchange it?
