Then when it finally came on it made a loud noise. I contact best buy but they said it was past the return date which was only 14 days.

Bought as gift and DOA

The one I opened worked fine and the plan was to gift the second to my sister. Well I have it to her for Christmas and straight from the box it didn’t cook her food. I though maybe she had done something wrong but after a FaceTime it was clean that the fan just never turned on. Long story short brand new dead on arrival and it’s past it’s return policy.

The item arrived and appeared to have been used before. Food on the outside, and the handle was faded. The machine makes a loud noise when running. Not at all like my older version. Returning.

We ended up returning it because we couldn't find a place to store in our kitchen. However, if you want to cook a LOT of food at once, you should buy this one.

not a good design
