Stand is not provided to grill chicken like other air fryers.

My family used this for several months, a couple times a week or more. The horrible chemical smell never got better and it made the food taste like it smells. I will never buy this brand again.

After using this air fryer consistently every night for 5 months, it began to smell like burnt plastic, made my food take like chemicals, and made me sick. I threw it away. Avoid purchasing this disappointment of an air fryer!

The product for the most part is good. The reason for the two stars is the “tray” that the food rests on is bad. It has rubberized cushions on four sides that “snap” onto the surface of the tray. At least two pop off or come undone whenever it is inserted into the basket. This will be an issue for the long term and I would like to return the air fryer. I wish this one critical problem could be resolved.

This was not a good air fryer. The air fryer did not heat as expected.

8 qt is big but because it’s round, it doesn’t hold a lot as compare to my other square 8qt air fryer so I had to return it to get a square one. But it was a great deal when it’s on sale!

My wife did some fries with it. She followed directions. They where a little under cooked. The cooking process takes longer than it says on the directions.

Ive had this for a year already. I could for sure say. I loveeee this airfryer. Nothing better than presets for chicken and meat. Suuper useful for salmon and fries too. Love it. I wouldnt change it for another one. Alot of this dont come woth presets. Hard to find a good one like this one honestly

Terribly bad. Smells plastic all the time which at some point you lose your appetite during cooking time. Returned it.

Worst air fryer I have ever bought from making a loud clanking noise from the fan, was going to upgrade from my Insignia that I bought two years ago but big mistake maybe I bought a dud but will never know I returned it and just waited for the Ninja dual air fryer best choice I ever made.

First item simply “shorted-out” and didn’t work at all after a couple weeks of use. Returned via Best Buy and received another Item that has been working fine (so far).

Its Huge,!!!!! The downside is the digital parts dont work well. Ive had it a month and im already having issues with it.

The first few times we used it there were no problems. Now when we use it there is either it stopping or making a loud noise. It takes longer to make things.

The air fryer itself worked okay but there was always a strong smell of plastic during every use. Washed it and cleaned it plenty of times but still no help.

I was very excited to use my new Air Fryer until I used it for the first time and it had a bad smell. It smelled like a paint coating. I tried to use it again but the smell still lingers. Very disappointing

It works well however it went out in 10 months. So keep your receipt and the warranty.

Got this air fryer on sale. Used it for a week and the smell and taste of the air fryer still lingered. Feeling that it’s not safe to use anymore, I returned it.

Works great, but it came damaged. The handle was broke off.
