Unit looked great in the kitchen and presets were okay, cooked well too BUT it has two very big draw backs. One being it's circular shape with no actual fry basket, but rather just a plate at the bottom that keeps the food barley a few mms from the actual bottom. Two it turns on when you put the tray back in, which makes sense but for w/e reason this hardly read / connected. So you'd be putting the tray in and taking it out REPEATEDLY just for one use. Even now, I have done this several times and it won't even turn on anymore, making it utterly useless / broken. Would never buy again and wish I could get my money back...

It's alright. Got it for my mom as a random gift. She used it like twice.

I should have reqd the commenta. Warm plastic smell in your house for days. You have been warned if you buy this air fryer

This is a very nice appliance. Works very well. Looking forward to trying more recipes.

Issue with a rattling fan not long after purchasing. Once it stops making the noise it is a great device. Need to do a warranty replacement.

I was really excited to finally get a air fryer. But sadly it was a bad one. When i opened the package the oder was horrible, I thought it was just the package. But the smell of plastic, electrical

Returned it because it smelled so bad of chemicals I couldnt even cook anything in it. It made my whole house smell and everyone was compalining for days about the chemical smell.

Had to return and exchange the first unit because it arrived with a damaged box and product inside was damaged as well

It’s not what I expected. I followed the directions to a tee but the food still needed to cook way longer than stated.

The problem of this item is when you cook the smelly.The food was burn even you set it in right time

I purchased this for my parents. So far it's working great for them. It's easy for them to use and they're in their 70's. I recommend this product and would buy it again. I have purchased three of these to date and gifted two to family members.

Not good; should have stuck with "Ninja" products! The smell of burnt metal is so strong even after several uses. Used it a couple of times on the patio for fries and onion rings; they tasterd like metal.....I trashed it :-(

Very easy to use and looks well. I bought it last March (2024) after my previous air fryer had a safety recall (different brand), and so far this one was good. Today (12/16/2024), I noted a hole at the bottom of the container. I called Bella support to get a replacement (the product claims a 2-year warranty), but the warranty only cover "parts" for 90 days. Very low quality and poor customer service. I won't recommend Bella products because the low quality.

This Air Fryer is WAY too big for a small kitchen. If you buy this you will need a BIG kitchen and a whole family to cook for.

I bought one and used it about 6 times and then it stopped working. I exchanged it for a new one and it has been good since.

It was good wattage was to strong for my truck.have to turn down the temperature in which I’m cooking my food

Never cures. Smells like burnt plastic and makes food taste like burned plastic, save your money do not buy this!

This thing is amazing.hot wings are no hassle at all,super easy and fast.
