Fan made loud banging noise for 3 minutes while warming up. Made noise brand new fresh out the box. Mustve been defective. After the 3 minutes though the air fryer was really quiet and cooked well. I hope the next one i get works perfectly.

BEST BUY I could not be more disappointed with CS and the previous product came apart removing from BASE, scalding food and bin fell on me and burned me. I ordered a new model I left to see my gradmother in hospice, reurnted hom after a week and have been advised that no price match or Exchanges on unoped packeges with in 15 day, not metioned, no reciept given or return policy explained, I will take my buisiness elsewhere and report to the insance commissioner and BBB. Best buy take care of good customer, not the ones stealing from your trucks before deliveris and the employees taking

Love using this air fryer almost daily for something. Very easy to use.

This was my second air fryer ,was not happy with this one. It takes about 14 minutes to fry 5 slices of bacon at 400 degress,my old airfryer taken 5 minutes. I will be returning this one and getting the same brand and model that I had at first.

makes noise on start up. company Bella would relace my money if i cut the cord off!!!!!

Got in on sale on chber monday for $45. Amazing value and very large.

I wanted to jump on the air fryer craze. I was not impressed at all. I gave it to my son after several attempts at using this product.

Great and easy to use and clean .....great for a heath and happy meal

Fairly large cooking compartment, only complaint is that the top temperature setting is only 400f.

Its a great product for what you need it for and the calue.

Not extremely pleased. You have to shut it so hard I've already broke the handle off. Hoping that it's just me and mine. I love this brand but disappointed

This unit worked for about 3 weeks, we really enjoyed using it till it quit working. When you contact Bella they start making you jump through hoops to get a replacement through their "made by Gather" organization. it starts with a phone call, then emails, you sending them pictures and then them asking for videos of the problem. I have already exceeded the value of the item with my time spent trying to get a replacement. If you buy one, I hope it works for more than 3 weeks. Best Buy was fine, it is Bella/Gather that is the problem.

it was great but the handle design was not well thought through, broke after a couple of semi heavy use

Larger than I expected. Not a lot of user guides and information came with the item. Had to buy and Air Fry cookbook.

Bad smell. We ran this for a while with the hope of burning off the oils or whatever is causing this smell, but the smell didn't stop.

Have not used it as it’s too big for two people. My first time getting an air fryer & I did not realize how big it would be. Not sure what to do with it.

It's easy to clean, easy to operate and cooks really well
