Horrible.

The rating is for the inaccurate information provided by the chat support. I was told that this air fryer has ceramic non-stick coating. But it doesn't and I returned the product without using it.

Did not meet expectation

Customer service for Bella Pro is not great - I was stuck on a loop with a bot saying "thanks for calling..." on a loop non-stop and auto declined my call around 10 minutes.
