By the time we got it picked back up we are still going back-and-forth with the manufacturer to get a replacement.

You have to put it for more than 30 minutes to get a crisp on chicken legs as opposed to other air fryers I’ve tried. Completely disappointed. Wish I had kept my receipt so I could send it back

Horrible

When you place the basket back in, it’s suppose to initiate the power light. After 30 minutes and repeatedly reading the manual it would not turn on, which is extremely frustrating for an expensive product. Well I returned it and purchased a Gourmia Air Fryer which works GREAT
