Roach infested upon a purchase.

It was a brand new seal when I opened it. There was roach droppings in dead, live roaches in it. I am super disgusted. I took it back and got a refund.

Cheap Item

Then Best Buy does not stand by their products, I tried to exchange and they refused. Gave me the # of the manfacturer to deal with them. Total inconvenience, the product seemed cheap out of the box.

Literally won’t work.

Broken handle

Bad shipment

There are two stickers o the front that will not come off. Who would do that? I have called and emailed the help line as recommended, no response. Will have to return.

Broke in two weeks
