Bought this to replace a regular coffee machine and I am very satisfied and feel like I've upgraded with the espresso machine. The espresso takes a little time to learn and get used to but after a few espresso brews you'll be making espresso like nothing!

I love it! This coffee maker is the best . Simple to use.

I used to like that very much. I had it for two years and it was damaged due to lighting problems. Very useful programming and easy to handle.

This machine was working great until I went out of town for 4 days. It wouldn’t do anything after I returned. I cleaned the machine as instructed; still nothing. I returned yesterday. Waiting for refund. Time will tell.

Other machines I’ve used produced a burnt espresso shot. This machine does not. Though the shot could be a bit warmer. The coffee pot side produces coffee as you would expect. Overall, good quality. Would buy again.

Good quality for the price and options you get. I like that you can make both a pot of coffee to last for couple days or espresso if you want and you don't need to have two different units for that.

I love the coffee maker the most keeps the coffee nice and hot. The Grandchildren use the expresso part quite often. The permanent filter is a money saver, Don't need to remember to run out and get filters, when you forget.

I have been using this product for a while. I enjoy preparing both lattes and black tea, and this product proves versatile for both applications.

I got this item on sale $100 for the dual combo not bad. It’s a bit complicated operating the steamer but after a couple tries I was able to get it to work. Good product for the sale price

This unit is awesome! It does come with a bit of a learning curve especially the espresso maker. However, if you read the instructions carefully and complete all of the steps for setting up the unit before initial use it is a great addition for beginner espresso makers and coffee lover. One caveat is you will need to purchase additional items to really get the full benefit of this item such as a burr grinder, espresso tamper, milk frotheing cup, and additional items you feel you need for your use. I have had it for a few weeks and have no issues with it thus far. Great purchase!

I gave 2 stars for the idea that the coffee brewed and espresso were both good, while the machine worked. 60 days after delivery it started acting up, randomly brewing only a few cups or even 1 cup of coffee at a time. Worked with customer service to try to get replaced or figured out, and nothing suggested corrected the issues. Customer service solution is to mail me a check as a refund, as they state that they have none available to ship as replacement. However everywhere that sells this unit still has stock available. That's my experience with this item.
