Do not buy this product, I used it only one time and it stopped working in the middle of me using it. I keep getting an error message (E1), and when I called customer service, they said my product was defected, and I cannot return it to Best Buy. I have to do a claim with them and wait to get it replaced. SMH.

Horrible!! Not only was the box damaged and left without a signature. The product was used!

Love my deep fryer but when i dumped my cooked food the container just falls causing me to get burned almost every time until I mastered to work with the default.

Where do I start? This is the worst item I ever bought from Bestbuy. The box came open delivered as New. The plug won't stay in, everything is wrong about that fryer. Totally a mess imagine wasting my time waiting for this trash to be delivered. Very Disappointed.......

My 18 year old son loves his fryer. He uses it all the time.

That is the second time i received something from best buy that is open box as new product. Will stop ordering stuff from bestbuy to deliver. The girst one was not just open box, but also broken. Needed to be replaced.

I’m old school I guess I love a deep fryer and this one has been great easy to use and perfect size for wings or fries. I have an air fryer but I love using this for wings and fries there so much better cooked in this at least to me.

I never had one before and I saw it on a special deal and I wanted to try it. Is not what I use constantly, but for that occasional recipe that requires a deep frying is perfect because I do not use it all the time, plus I live in an apartment, so space is crucial. Is not too big, easy to storage. They only thing - and it is obvious it was going to happen. Is the amount of oil you need because it is a deep fryer. It makes sense you do need that much of oil - otherwise it wouldn’t not be a deep fryer. So if you’re not into frying that much it would probably be a waste of oil. If you do and you need something small - enough for about two people meal this is perfect.

I bought this product and really I love it, its small for two persons and very reliable. The other important things it needs 3/4 litters of oil. Also, easy to clean

Nice size for a kitchen and was a great price for a deal of the day. The timer setting can be annoying at times and the power plug can come off easily due to the design.

This item is very easy to use and works very well. We have had ares for awhile now and use it often. Great product.

I’m glad I only paid five dollars for this it’s not deep enough for my chicken and it doesn’t get it cooked and the temperature does not stay hot and the timing mechanism is ridiculous.

Is cute and easy to use , my daughter love her French fries cook very fast we just love it , but i looks very cheap material i hope last long

This makes frying very fast and simple! We can fry chicken, plantain and puff puff in minutes, and there is next to no odor.

I love that this deep fryer is user friendly and easy to put together. The food is fried perfectly

Works great no issues hiccups even easy for my 13 year to prepare quick meals such as chicken tenders or nuggets and cheesesticks for quick after school snack.
