A: I re-use it to fry eggs or make other dishes.
A: It does not have a filter, it’s pretty easy to dump

A: Yes you can
Q: Can the oil be stored in the fryer for future use or does it need to be removed after each use?
A: We leave our oil in the fryer and strain in the strainer at the bottom of the fryer once a month. Unless we fry shrimp then we drain and replace
Q: Cord accidentally placed in deep fryer and submerged in oil. Can I purchase a new cord?

A: Yes it goes up to 375 I think. You get the fryer the basket and the cord and the strain compartment.
