My old fryer kicked out on me and I was bummed. When the Bella Pro came in I was happy again after the first use. The touch screen is simple and intuitive to use and unlike some others I've read about, I haven't noticed any issues with steam building up inside the display. The fryer basket is plenty big for making the foods we eat often in our family of three. Lots of fries, tots, mozzarella sticks, and wings. I have had to use very little oil to get perfectly crispy results, even less than my old machine which I thought was pretty efficient on that front. Another thing I've noticed is how much quieter this air fryer is than my last one (and ones owned by friends). It isn't whisper quiet by any means, but it isn't so loud as to be obtrusive. Being dishwasher safe makes clean up a breeze. The stainless steel exterior fits nicely with my other appliances, but do note this is a fairly large machine. Just something to consider if you are low on counter or storage space. Otherwise, I have been really impressed so far.
