This product seems to work good so far. It was disappointing because when it was opened up after it was gifted at Christmas, the right side of pan door has two big dents.

I never really thought an air fryer was something I needed or wanted, but I started seeing more and more air fryer recipes and testimonials about how great they were, so when I had a chance to get one from the Best Buy tech insider network I jumped at the chance. I have had a few days now to do some cooking and so far I have been very impressed with the results. This model is the 6.3 qt model, which for my family of 5, is a great size. The overall look of the unit is clean and really doesn't take up a lot of counter space for such a roomy cooker. There are 8 presets on the touch panel, but in all honesty, I haven't had a chance to use any of them except air fryer. The options are: air fry, roast, broil, bake, reheat, keep warm, pizza and dehydrate. My next test may be to use the dehydrator function or maybe the broil function for steak or maybe..... Anyway, it is a great way to fix any number of items without deep frying in oil. Chicken wings, vegetables, french fries have all been cooked to perfection using this air fryer. Clean up is also easy and quick. This one is larger than many you find on the market, but if you have a large family or like to fix for small groups, then this one is a no brainer. Get it and find some recipes that you like and I think you will find yourself using this air fryer on at least a weekly basis if not more often than that. I never thought an air fryer would be something I would use, but after the Bella Pro I have had a change of heart.

I just bought this,have used it twice! Already the crisper tray is chipping. I have followed the directions to a T. I’m disappointed for sure

Works nice when you low use it but, when you go more than 15 min says that there is an error and the display looks weird, even though is still working. Be on the look out for that

I am disappointed in this air fryer. When using it there is a strong chemical smell. I thought initially it would go away after I cleaned it a few times but it didn't. I feel this product was cheaply made.

Cooking function works well but no pre-heat function. User interface is clumsy, touchscreen buttons are small, no "cancel" or "end/stop" button.

Touchscreen Air Fryer - Black Stainless Steel I purchase this airfryer and the airfryer keep turning off Suddenly for what I paid which was regular price is not worth it this is my second bella airfryer the first one rust it out in like a year and broke now this one is doing thos at the begining I tought it was normal but is annoying ymthay your start cooking something and when you go check the airfryer is off and the worst thing is the company customer service contact them by phone was told to send an email i did more then 25 days ago 3 email still no response stay away from this brand looks nice but dont work not worth the money and customer service is the worst

It gets the job done. The rack on the inside nonstick surface started coming off after first dishwasher cycle. It’s cheap so not that big of a deal

Okay product,but doesn't get as hot as other air fryer. It does the job but I would get a different product if I had to do it again.

It isn’t as dark as I expected. Under sun light it looks like an average stainless steel color. Inside the house it kind of looks gray.

I bought this item since the Black Friday my wife doesn’t like it , she said the although she read all the directions, it doesn’t cook very well

It looks neat. But The package supposes to come with a non-stick crisping tray, and it was missing..... Bad packaging service.

Really bulky Keep away from edges because you might drop the container gets hot keep kids away from it

I don’t mind this air fryer, but it works in an odd way. It tends to turn off randomly if you don’t push the start a certain way. Odd!

It is an ok product. I would not recommend it, but you can buy it of you want it to last less than a year. Mine is peeling off in the inside.

This was my first Air Fryer. I assumed that the loud noise emanating from it was normal until I heard a different air fryer and new something was off. I reached out to the manufacturer (within the manufacturers warranty time frame) but all they said was that the part to fix it was discontinued and provided no other remedy.

Doesn't hold as much food as anticipated. Does work faster than an oven when making a small portion of food though

Awful, don't buy. Coating comes off after a couple of uses and the rubber feet that hold the tray out of grease come off and are impossible to put back in. Also, Bella has HORRIBLE customer service and won't back their warranty for defective products and doesn't respond after multiple attempts of trying to make a warranty claim.

Arrived damaged. Don’t know how it happened but was cracked on screen. Returned it don’t know if it worked good.

It's just okay. Doesn't cook evenly and the capacity is not adequate for more than two people.
