Food crisps nicely and retain moisture without being too greasy. The digital buttons provide an easy to use interface for configuring cook settings. The quality seems really good and should last a long time.

We can all eat healthy with our crazy schedules! I prep it they can cook it with ease PLUS the awesome easy clean up!! Mozzarella sticks are my favorite sin of choice but I feel good knowing they were not deep fried! Love this!!

I bought two of these for Christmas, one for my daughter and one for my son. My husband saw my daughter's and wanted to use it. We cooked ALL of the Christmas dinner meats with this (hen, lamb, and salmon) I could not believe how MOIST the food was. Although my time with appliance has been really short I can't express enough how great, quick, and resourceful this is. I hope there are other accessories for it.

Tried a few others in the past but making french fries and pizza with this unit are a dream. Actually tried making kale chips last night and they were out of this world. Particularly happy with how easy it is to maneuver and clean. Super easy maintenance. Highly recommend this!!

Much easier to clean, as efficient in doing frozen food, overall much more appealing on counter top after a few uses. 5 star except it needs one additional part to allow multilevel cooking.
