Hamburger steaks pork chops, you name it they turn out just right. Retains the juices of the meat when cooking meats lightly covered; Browns and crisps when food is cooked uncovered. Cooked a whole chicken and it turned out golden brown on the outside, crispy skin, juicy and tender on the inside. So much quicker and easier than conventional oven or stove top cooking.
