I’m so happy I got this air fryer a friend recomended and I have no regrets

I have only used this oven once , but it cooked perfectly in 1/2 normal time.

To whom it may concern. I am a so-called "elite" member of Best Buy. I reviewed this product. Bella pro series 6 slice toaster oven airfryer. My review was not listed on your website. I placed another review the next day. It has not been listed either. These reviews were approximately a week ago or so. My review listed an injury that i suffered using the device. Some cuts in my hand (thumb) that i received as a result of washing the drip pan included with the unit. The drip pan has cut outs that have very very sharp edges. My mother also cut her hands on the drip pan. I did not include that detail as i was unaware that she suffered an injury as well at the time of my attempt to reach Bella customer service. The unit also smokes when in use. The toaster oven also leaks oil (grease) badly when in use and hours after use. I have reached out through email and phone calls many many many times to Bella customer service and have followed all of their rules about filing a claim with them. I have been promised over and over again that a supervisor would call me to help with the claims process but have not received a single phone call from a member of management. Since i had Total Tech at the time i would have simply taken the unit back to Best Buy but i actually thought that Bella was going to respond as they had promised, especially since they are connected to the Best Buy name. I should have realized that they were not credible when they asked me if i had contacted a lawyer yet. I finally decided to write a review. I checked it the next day and it was not there. I wrote another review and this one is not listed either. I am very very disappointed with Bella. Their customer service has been horrible. I am still waiting for a response response

Got this one for an amazing price, but it stopped working about 3-4 months after purchasing. Thankfully had the warranty so had to upgrade. It did its job for the short time I did have.

Great toaster/ air fryer! Good space and works great

Awesome oven. We did return, however, because it was MASSIVE.

Can’t say if it was good or bad...ordered the wrong item.

Got this on "deal of the day". Worth every penny spent.
