Dead lump

I don't use this often, maybe twice a month, if that, loved it when I did have opportunity and reason use it. I had some croissants I had prepped for sandwiches. Hit the all my presets and start.... nothing.... Not a beep, squeak or meep. All the other presets are dead as well...now I have a nice looking counter lump. It shouldn't have died this soon with minimal use, and no children/ teenagers using it.. not happy at all .

Broken with error message

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was so anxious and excited because I wanted an air fryer but didn't have the space so I thought this would be the perfect option to replace my old toaster oven but disappointed that it was not working at all. The heating bulb was broken and it wouldn't work at all with an error message. It didn't seem to be a very high quality and I didn't think it would last very long in my house with two teenage boys so I returned it and didn't replace it :-( . My old Oster toaster oven lasted over 7 years and I bought it used at a yard sale so it was disappointing to see that this one didn't work at all.

An OK product
