This is easily one of the worst appliance purchases I have ever made. It looks nice, and apparently, some people like it. But there are so many cons with this product: - The convection fan is ridiculously loud and causes the enclosure to vibrate and make noise. It's unpleasant to have in the kitchen. - The cooking modes default to high temperatures and long duration timers, such that we find ourselves constantly having to rotate the knobs to adjust to the desired times and temps. - The default settings might be tolerable if the rotary dial knobs didn't issue piercing beeps with every minute change in increment. If it defaults to 60 minutes of cooking and you only need 30 minutes, you will hear 30 ear piercing beep tones while you adjust the time. If you rotate the dial quickly, then it just sends out a continuous high-pitched ear-piercing tone. - Our unit failed after 2 months of minimal use. It will no longer pre-heat, and therefore, will no longer cook anything. It's now a shiny silver, modern looking piece of landfill garbage sitting on our countertop. - Bella Housewares customer service is unresponsive. "We don't have parts or replacement units in our warehouse." Attempting to get a refund now. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY BELLA HOUSEWARES PRODUCTS. There are better, more reliable brands out there.

Works great for the first year, then us started making funny noises and not cooking correctly.

I was excited to get this. I wanted an air fryer, but did not want another appliance to deal with. Getting a new toaster oven/fryer in one would be perfect. When it arrived on the porch, I brought it in and set it up right away. I set it to bake some cinnamon buns and it started warming up. When it got to temp. and I put the buns in and turned on the convection oven part, it sounded like a small jet engine was landing in my kitchen. It was so loud, you could not hold a proper conversation within 10 feet of the oven. The entire oven rattled like and old car. I had to return it to Best-Buy. I am not sure if there was something wrong with this one, but it is too close to Christmas for me to deal with it, so I just gave up and returned it.

The toaster oven part works great! But airfryer smokes your house up and the grease from the meat leaks on your counter

Doesn’t work as well as my smaller one did. U have to let it cool down completely before u can reset for another dish!

Works as advertised but average in terms of functions.

No consistanties. Under cook or burn? Like cooking over fire.

Do not have much room inside for any of my roasting pans

This toaster worked great for about a year. The bottom heating element has stopped working and now the digital screen is on the fritz. It had a lot of promise but we’ll steer clear of these do it all ovens in the future.

Where do I start. Toaster Functioned fine for the first three or four months. After that the top heating element burnt out and will not work anymore. Shortly afterwards, The LCD display also stopped working. The unit had a two-year warranty, so I called the company and explained the situation. I provided all the necessary information such as receipt and pictures of problem and so on. I had to repeatedly call five separate times for them to process the warranty claim. They would constantly not input the information into their systems, probably to not pay the claim. Finally after about a month of going back-and-forth I received a check in the mail for the purchase price of the toaster. I would avoid this company and product

After two months shuts down when 450 degree air fry/ pizza WHEN ERROR CODE E5 SHOWS. Ok maybe for $59 but doesn't work as advertised and no help from Bella just generic email. Buy a different one!

I have only tried used this oven twice but both times my food was burned on the top and the inside is not done yet.

This made such an awful noise on our countertop that we immediately returned it.

Too loud, and does not stop working even after cancelling. Just realized I missed the return window.

Love the all in one idea. However this unit makes lots of Loud noise from the fan. Also the drip pan is not efficient at all. I had grease from chicken wings leaking out and getting on my counters.

Do not buy the small buttons under the display screen go bad and turn off and on by themself and can cause a fire

Awful and was not allowed to return product since it was too late so I just have it sitting on the counter hate this product wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Quality Control leaves a lot to be desired. I got an E001 Error every time I used it (after 5 min).

Started beeping as soon as I plugged it in, with all lights and display flashing. Won't do anything else. Have to return for a different one. Cord is also short
