Super fast for brewing. Can be considered too small, if more than 2 people drink. For 3 people, it's a one cuppa each. A lot of parts, but easy once you figure it out. Instructions are weak, still can't figure out if the porta filter holder is supposed to come off?? It would make getting the porta filter in and out easier and cleaning it and if coffee grinds spill over. The lever to brew and brew complete is wonky, better to leave in brew position or you'll forget and then you have a ton of water sitting in filter and not the glass pot.

By far the best tasting coffee. It’s like getting a Pour Over without all the work.

If you remotely care about the quality of your cup of coffee look elsewhere. The mfg calls this a pour over but it's a dribble over in one small area of the grounds. Granted, this was on huge discount when I bought, but I expected better as a 'pro series pour over' machine. See the photos for what I mean. The water dribbles over maybe 60% of the coffee grounds so a large portion of the grounds are utterly wasted. There is no infusion process to allow the coffee to bloom. It is immediately allowed to enter the carafe. The coffee is bitter and without flavor. It is only a 'pour over' because the filter is shaped like a cone. It doesn't distribute water effectively/evenly nor allow for the flavor of the coffee to be extracted. On the plus side, it looks nice and parts are easy to clean. And it does seem to reach claimed temperature so it gets 2 stars. But that's about it for pros. The parts are light, plasticky and feel cheap. I don't understand these stellar reviews...unless all people dump a boatload of sugar and cream in their coffee and have no interest in flavor or acidity. Even at a huge discount this thing is terrible.

i bought this Bella Pro when it was hundreds less than the “real thing” name-brand pourover machine. I figured, “Why not?” So glad I got this! It is efficient, consistent snd produces a smoith cup, instead of a Kalita which makes 2 cups, I enjoy double the cups and then some. Using great beans, freshly ground, you’ll save time and probably drink more coffee with this machine! Yes, the filter basket clicks into place weirdly and maybe this won’t last more than a few years…but it is such a value, just get it on sale and start enjoying a bit of life at the touch of a button.

Works just as well as a manual pour over while being automated. Makes a great cup of coffee!

I was really bummed. Got it tonight, decided to get it unboxed, cleaned up to take it work tomorrow. Decided to run some water through it just to make sure it worked. It worked! But, then I start seeing a puddle of water on the counter. Can't really stop it now while there's water running through everything. Upon further inspection the gasket that goes around the water inlet seems to be misaligned. There's also what seems to be a crack on the corner of the water tank. Not sure if it's one or the other or both. Sent an email off to Bella since according to their manual they're closed right now, otherwise I'd give the a ring to try and get this sorted. Don't want to return it to Best Buy since I got it as a Deal of the Day. Will update my review and rating when Bella gets back to me regardless of a good or bad interaction with them.

At the normal price this is an absolute ripoff. The machine itself looks nice and seems to be made of quality material but in function, it doesn't work well which is surprising considering the other positive reviews. The nozzle is too narrow to cover all the grounds so I fail to see the connection to a pour over. Also, the water tends to pool to the farthest end and drip from one point there instead of all the holes. Lastly, it's supposed to enter a pot-heating mode after brewing is finished but it seems to continue trying to brew forever on my machine, making a pulsating, vibrating sound until I turn it off. I would have returned this but unfortunately waited too long and am thinking about trying to pawn it off for the price of a Mr. Coffee. There's a reason this thing is on sale all the time and if you can get it on the $50 one, maybe it's worth it, but otherwise you'd do much better with a Bonavita or about the same with a Mr Coffee.

This is a beautiful aesthetically speaking coffee machine. As for the functionality, unless I am missing something the coffee pours out too fast for a pour over. There is no blooming time when it starts brewing! I did however figure out a fix by adjusting the rotation of the brewing opening to partial at the beginning of the pour over to hold the water in the basket, after about 30 seconds, I simply move the dial or rotate the opening to full Brew That gave me a better and stronger brew of my Starbucks Pike coffee flavor!

Good coffeemaker. Thought it had a bloom feature. It does not. Adjusting the brew complete setting allows the brewer to fill and drip more slowly to better approximate a por over brew. Also not a fan of the permanent filter but it can be used with a paper filter.

This is an amazing machine. I’ve owned drip makers before but this is totally different. The way in which the grounds are saturated by the virtual shower of water makes it the perfect automatic pour over machine. The coffee turns out incredibly good. I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks and I’ve tried various different blends and they’ve all been super smooth and so tasty. I’d been doing the usual pour over for quite a while with the water heated just so, a ceramic cone with a filter and it was always good but this machine is so much and the flavor is wonderful. Can’t recommend it enough. Hope it continues to make some of the best brew I’ve ever had.

I love this little drip coffee maker. Easy to use and really makes the difference in coffee flavor.

This coffee maker is the favorite I have ever had. I have had very high end delonghi, down to your $60 coffee mate. It brews very quickly. Is low profile so it fits under the cabinets in my apartment.... and most importantly of all no matter what coffee you put in there you get a great tasting cup of coffee. My fiancé has the same option of this as coffee maker - we both love it.

Worked nice. I gave it 4 stars because it drips water when you remove the top part. Also there is not an option to warm the coffee so it did not work for me. Brews fine though. If you want something simple with not many factions it does what it is supposed to do

Simple, fast and heats to close to 200 degrees (recommended temp for brewing is 195-205). Needed to replace a Bonavita Connoisseur which only lasted about 2 years. That unit makes a great cup, but with only a 1-yr warranty I wasn't going that route again. We're re-using the Bonavita thermal carafe with this Bella unit so we can avoid using the hot plate. After tinkering with my grind and also discovering that I needed to remove the top over the filter holder for a bit a minute at the beginning of each cycle to ensure the grounds bloom, I'm loving this Bella beauty, especially for the price I paid and the 2-yr warranty. It is a very nice looking model on the countertop and does a fine job replicating a pour over with the pulse brewing feature and shower head. It is a simple operation with a single button. I have fresh roasted beans delivered monthly so I care about flavor of the cup, not extra features like a clock, etc. I definitely recommend this coffee maker.

Easy to set up, brew, and clean. I got this at a significant price discount on sale. It brews a good cup of coffee.

The coffee is great but the coffee maker leaks now after a couple of months. The water tank is leaking and the light flashes repeatedly. Not sure what the problem is but it’s just too soon to have issues.

I came from a bonavita coffee maker. This makes equally as good coffee, and the sale price of 40 was even better
