Although we had a hard time getting the timing right. Cooking the same thing seemed to take different amounts of time. We learned to check on things often and not rely on the directions or even what it took the last time we cooked it. Then within a few months of buying the fan stopped working. We contacted support - you HAVE to produce a receipt to get service - No Exceptions! The company (Bella’s parent company) replaced our air fryer with a different one from Beautiful brand. We didn’t like it and sold it on FB. We are back to using an old COSORI air fryer that only has a few working buttons but it’s enough to do the job.

The problem is, the function of the design hinges upon the flimsiest piece of plastic, which broke during normal use and rendered the device completely useless.
