She absolutely loves it. She never had an air fryer before and I’m so glad that I bought this one. I like it better than the one I have and it some more mine is a different brand.

Minor cracks in plastic do not affect function

Works like a charm even though some small pieces of plastic broke off in shipping... I'm still enjoying the food prepared. And cleaning the basket and divider is actually a lot easier than I expected.

Basket no longer slides all thr way in

It was doing this sporadically and now it will not go all the way in. I have cleaned the basket checked and cleaned the bottom. You can hear the clicking as if it is closed. The basket is not warped. The little plastic piece that catches to secure it is closed is still there. Not happy that I have only been able to use for 1 year. I see others have reported similar issue.

It had manual knobs for temp and time. This was an impulse Black Friday buy but I couldn't be happier. I live the pan divider.
