The issue really is the warranty issues with the Manufacture. Best Buy really should make sure their vendors are customer responsible...

Issue with basket to insert!

The warranty department is responsive, but claims they don't have the item in the warehouse and then send you a refund for what you paid. Problem is, that in most cases the item was purchased on sale and you won't be able to replace for the same price. I do not recommend this brand, due to product failure and warranty!
