Worked great, until it didn’t

A few months of use and it stopped working. Submitted a warranty claim and they refused to exchange it, would only reimburse me the sale price so I could buy another at full price. Couldn’t justify paying more for a device that already broke on me once in a few months. Ended up just going with another brand due to bad customer service with the warranty.

Product is problematic and warranty is horrific

We are having to purse small claims court to have our product replaced or reimbursed. They also have horrible reviews on Pissedconsumers and other sites as well. We recommend you go with another company as many have been in our position with no resolutions. Also the product had an issue within 60 days - and why would I want another one....

worked for about a year

Make sure you keep paperwork and the unit so you can utilize the 2 yr warranty. We unfortunately threw ours away right before contacting and they would not assist.
