Very loud, very slow compared to my old ninja, hard to turn off, Never again. Will donate once i can afford a new ninja

This is my first Air Fryer. I am cooking for 20 kids and 6 adults (I have a home based school). I cannot believe the gain of time and how yummy is the food with this Air Fryer. Easy to use and clean I bought 2 due to big amount of cooking

Stopped working after 4 months. Manufacturer refuses to replace or repair although still under warranty. This is very appaluing because product is being sold in retail stores. Appear to be very unethical and questionable.

Good and spacious but after 8 months just stopped working

It was ok at first but then had problems shutting the door and finally the plastic piece that pushes up the sensor broke and now I’m out of a airfryer

Functions seem to work well but does not turn off when you press Power. You have to pull the tray to turn it off. Does not clear the previous functions like it should. Or you have to disconnect it from the outlet to turn off or clear functions. Doesn't seem to work well. May be a malfunction in this fryer.

Purchased on 4/16/24. On 8/12/24 noticed the teflon coating on the crisping try was peeling, causing a health hazard. Called the MFGR and they said unit has 1 year warranty, but crisping tray only 90 days. I was 25 days out of warranty. Perhaps they only warranty for 90 days because they know it’s garbage.

Makes life a little easier. I bought this air fryer bc it stated that the equipment was pfoa free in hopes this equipment doesn’t emit any,”forever chemicals.” Has been working like a charm since purchase though.

I purchased this airfryer when it was on sale, and i am so happy i did! I love all the options it comes with, such as the reheat or dehydrate option. If you’re thinking about getting it, definitely do!!

I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas gift ,I can only say it's big enough looks well built with nice screen , great price I didn't get feed back on use but I'm sure if I did I could give it a 5 ..as far as best buy thank you for a quality item and fast shipping

This Bella Pro air fryer is slow to cook and often burns the food before it finishes cooking. I have a convection toaster oven that cooks food faster, more evenly and is cheaper to use and with no flipping. Bella Pro is a waste of money both from your pocket and on electric bills

Only lasted for one year before the door latch stopped worked. Without the door latch the device refuses to turn on or operate. While I understand this is a safety feature it should be more robust and not break after 1 year (less than actually by 2 months.) BestBuy did not honor the warranty on the device so I am stuck looking for a new unit.

Worked great at first, but it died in about 9 months and looking online this same issue happens within a year.

Bought 2 of these for Christmas presents. Both recipients have enjoyed using them. Bought these on Black Friday for $49.99 so was happy to have gotten a good deal.

Loved this air fryer, but one day, after less than two years of moderated use, it just stopped working.
