Good gifts for my mother and so far it going good.

Purchased this Dec 28, 2022. It stopped functioning Dec 17, 2023. I recommend a different brand.

I like it, gets the job done! Easy clean up no mess.

Great air fryer with huge amount of cooking space.

I have to change 2 times and after a year it is broke

terrible quit working after using it 3 times when it does work it will keep changing modes

Don't buy it it worked fine the first and second time, third time wasn't working good.

Up front I’ll be honest and say I wasn’t sure exactly WHY any kitchen needed an air fryer but I knew they were “a thing” people were buying (more visible in ads, sales, and on the shelf at stores). I had a chance to try an air fryer last year and found it an interesting appliance but not one I’d use a lot. In short, my main complaint for the other fryer was difficulty washing the wire trays it used, but I saw the Sensio Bella Pro 8 Quart Air Fryer didn’t use those trays. I figured maybe I just had a “bad” experience and volunteered to try this one out. Right away, the number of pieces used and needing to be cleaned when using the Sensio was almost totally removed. In the case of the Bella Pro it uses what is essentially a deep fryer “bucket” that you put the food in and cook with air (no laying food out on trays and racking them in then having a bunch of baskets and trays to clean after). Huge improvement! It comes with a divider if you wish to cook two separate types of food (meat and veggies perhaps?) but the air frying is just a large pull out deep tray. The basket and a non-stick insert (crisping tray) are both dishwasher safe and the unit itself is plastic and digital so obviously NOT dishwasher safe but easily cleans with a wet paper towel or cloth. The fry basket itself has a temperature safe plastic handle (it won’t melt while you’re cooking but you won’t burn yourself touching it either) and the main unit has non-slip rubber feet that won’t melt either but will keep it on the spot you picked on the counter. There are recipe suggestions in the manual with the air fryer but we started with some frozen foods and used it more like a portable oven. The chicken strips came out with a crunchy battery outside and a hot moist inside despite being the “cheap” generic bottom shelf chicken strips and were very enjoyable. The frozen cross-cut fries were a mix of crispy and mushy which worked for my family because we have people who enjoy both types. Another night we cut up some raw potatoes, sprayed them down with garlic and olive oil, and fried them….again they came out crispy but not crunchy and cooked all the way through. From light crisping all the way to fully cooking, the Bella Pro had no trouble! With the digital display the temperature can be set all the way up to 400 degrees and cooking, depending on how much you’re making, is comparable to a traditional oven (sometimes more and sometimes less). I suspect a part of the cooking time fluctuation is just learning how to use the air fryer as well, it will get more dialed in with time. If you’d like to eat crispy fried food without the extra oil then not only do you need an air fryer but you should think about THIS air fryer. It cooks efficiently and cleans up easily plus for the amount of food it can handle the space it requires on your counter isn’t that much (obviously you need to have space around all sides to allow for the heated air to escape without ruining anything). An excellent addition to your appliance arsenal!

Broke within a year they sent me a new ine broke under 2 months. I can say cuso er service is amazing just open ticket on line

Bought on dec 31 stopped working on Jan 31 and you say not return able bad business

Got this as a Christmas gift. Opened it up brand new in the box. The fan doesn’t work.

It’s not making hot enough. Test also not up to the mark

The air broke in less than a week please check ur product before

I never did open the box so I can't really give a personal use review. I only returned because I did not like the bad reviews.

Its ok. Cheap. But it sets the expectation right up front.

Piece of garbage. Worked well for one month not it doesn’t work at all. Can’t exchange or get a refund because it’s past 15 days.

Bought this to replace one that was years old. Looks great and has a lot of functions but with even a small batch of frozen food it can take 25+ minutes to cook.

With regular use, the sensor lid of the main door broke in less than 8 weeks. The unit turned completely inoperable.

Start stop button doesnt illuminate any more and food doesnt cook as well as it did initially. Only 4 months old.

Used less than 6 months and about 3, 4 times a week. It’s broken, the fan stopped working. Very frustrated.
