I like this air fryer, works great and doesn't take up much counter space!!!

Very good. The look and feel of the product was really nice.

Family loves it, have an expensive Ninja and hate it. This one is great, easy to clean, works like a real air fryer should. Wings and fries come out amazing. Only complaint is i should have went bigger, need a 10 qt now.

We are new to the air frying scene. Slowly trying everything out in it. Asparagus turned out great. Fish was ok but tastes better on our Treager. So far we like it. Easy to clean.

Best thing i have purchased in a long time. Cooks food quickly and deliciously. It is used often, and i love it.

Great product for the price. Very easy to use and clean. I suggest buying a silicone pad to make it even easier to clean. Thus far it's a good product.

Excellent air fryer, we use it almost every week. No need to use the oven.

Air fryer worked great for 28 days. Then completely stopped working. I contacted Bella customer service who let me know they would create a ticket for a replacement. They require the receipt and a photo of the cut cord of the faulty air fryer before sending a replacement. Sounds simple. NOT!! Bella Customer service is horrible. I purchased this air fryer they wanted to replace it with a smaller one. After going back-and-forth after two months my Bella was replaced with there other brand beautiful 9qt. They don’t even have this one anymore. Save yourself a headache and don’t buy anything Bella or and thing made by gather.

Worked well initially for the first 1 year. Sexond year started to make noise and finally clunked out smoking. Would not recommend.

The sensor to detect that the air fryer has closed will break slowly with time until it doesn't detect that the lid has closed all the way. You cannot repair it once the sensor breaks since its a push-in metal piece on the right that will break off. Would avoid this particular model. Worked great otherwise.

It worked fine until the preheat function stopped. I reached out to the manufacturer. My claim was denied because it was less than a month outside of the warranty period. There's a reason why it's constantly on sale. Think twice before purchasing from a company that doesn't stand behind it's product.

After 2 month the basket no longer locks into the fryer making it useless. To get a warranty replacement I'm required to first ship the broken unit back at my cost of $30. Now I'll have to spend a total of $90 ($30 return/$60 original cost) to get a working unit. Save your $$ and buy a reliable unti from a company that actually stands behind their product
