Good Air Fryer for be most part

First air fryer, very satisfied with it. All the food cooks evenly, has a nice timer to remind you to flip it, and the handle always stays cool

This was a replacement for the Insignia model that was recalled. The fan makes strange noises periodically but nothing seems broken.

It is easy to use. Only suggestion would be to have a pre-heat button but isn’t too big a deal. Easy to clean.

Don’t waste your money, short term product

This is a great machine when it work, 9 months into owning it with light use as it’s just myself the unit failed. They did replace it with a smaller unit that worked fine for another 10 months and now that unit has failed. I reached out for support and was told the warranty is only on the first unit and that they can’t do anything for me. Very disappointing, should have spent the extra $20 on a NINJA, at least if there is an issue they will stand behind their product.
