Never Buy Bertazzoni! We bought a new house with a suite of Bertazonni appliances. They are hard to use. Sometimes the oven heats up, sometimes it doesn't. It cooks unevenly. The Thanksgiving turkey was overdone on one side, underdone on the other. When I set it to 350 it heats to 390 or higher. Can't get the oven to heat lower than 375 EVER. Customer service is worse than awful. They won't support their customers. Parts come from Italy and take months to arrive (and I know its a pandemic). The appliance looks good! But you will be so incredibly frustrated with your cooking experience.
