    After over 3K for 2 TVS and a refrigerator. I was disappointed with the guys who delivered the fridge- they did not set it up and left me wondering how or where to put the shelves. I’m going to have to go to the store just to see how those are setup.

    We purchased a Bespoke refrigerator with white panels from Lowe's. I wanted black, so we also purchased (on back order) the black panels. I scheduled panel installation with Best Buy. The installer did not have the equipment necessary to swap out the panels. He did not have suction cups. He made a call and 'corporate' called me back and LIED to me that we had purchased a refrigerator that didn't allow the panels to be replaced. A few days later, my husband was able to swap out the panels using suction cups.

    Shop some other place, after 5 delivery and installation attempts, the fridge is still in my garage in a box. 4 month after I bought it.

    The panels were NEVER delivered! The delivery person called the night before to narrow the delivery window; however, they never showed up! I called his personal cellphone to inquire, but never got a call back! I will NEVER order anything from best buy again! This has been going on since April!

    The water installation company that Best Buy hired did not have the proper materials to install the water connection and Samsung did not have my panels yet. This is the 3rd rescheduled appointment. Customer Service gives incorrect information and does not know what is going on.
