    Great mount, easy to install, tv pops right on, no issues. You can’t change the angle or anything but we knew that going into it, so no problem there. I have had my 60 inch tv on it. It’s been up for two years no issues.

    I purchased this mount as a replacement. The mount I had before had a tilt that would not allow the TV to remain flat - perhaps it was improperly hung. I hired a Tasker to install this Best Buy mount. She was familiar with the mount and commented on the versatility and ease of use. I am very happy with the final installation. My TV is hung in a manner that looks more sleek and modern.

    My adult son used the wall mount to install my 55” television. If the 2 strings are not dangling as instructed, it is very difficult to remove television. My son learned the hard way. He did not think it mattered and it took him forever to position the strings correctly, because he had originally positioned them behind the television. Works great when installed properly.
