Love the fact that they made the warranty to where you could add more items to the warranty as you buy more items and also you don’t have to add every item every time you buy something, it adds it on automatically and that is awesome

Definitely pricey, but being able to go into any Best buy in the world and replace a broken device on the fly is a godsend. I travel a lot and work in stunts, so I am prone to having things happen to my phone. I've been able to multiple times go into a local Best buy and replace it with ease.

I really love the Best Buy Total membership. Having protection included on everything I purchase gives me peace of mind, and whenever I’ve had an issue, getting it replaced has never been a problem. The process has always been smooth.

It has honestly paid for itself time and time again. Got it when I got my monitors and soon after my computer (that I didn't buy from BestBuy) needed repairs and service. I was able to bring in the parts, they worked on it, and I got my computer back within a few days. Will always recommend BestBuy Total to my streaming friends.

Best value of all of my various membership belongs to My Best Buy Total. Cannot recommend it enough. I have 6 laptops (macs) my Mac Studio and my intel laptop plus my Breville Coffee all from Total which give me extra one year of manufacturers warranty. Love this thing. If you buy things from BestBuy often, this membership is a great deal. Access to warranties and support for one annual payment is convenient. As someone who prefers to see things before buying them, rather than dealing with deliveries/returns, it is nice to be able to take things back to the store to get help or replacements.

I like that you have to make an appointment for in store help. This helps with the lines. And I found the techs to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The cost of this service is well worth it!
