The installers from the Chattanooga Best Buy were amazing, very professional, I asked that the dishwasher be side mounted instead of top which they did. very thorough and courteous, could not have been happier with the installation process.

Given the chance, I wouldn't even give this one star. I recently purchased kitchen appliances from Best Buy, including installation, which was covered under my “Best Buy Total” membership. To say that Best Buy messed up the installation is an understatement. The dishwasher’s installation was incorrect; the discharge hose was crammed into the cabinet space and not connected, discharging water between my flooring and subflooring, and causing significant damage to my brand-new home. My homeowner’s insurance isn’t covering damage; they have referred me to Best Buy to recover costs. I had to be out of my house for six weeks, due to the mold, mildew and repair requirements – further expenses. Total damage - $30K+ Best Buy has refused to take any responsibility for the damage or the repair costs, and at this point, won't even respond to follow-up calls or emails. Initially, they tried to blame the installation error on rodents – but couldn’t make the case without any nests, droppings, bite marks, etc. Bottom line – they did an incomplete, ineffective job and won’t accept the responsibility. So – before you make that Black Friday appliance purchase, please be aware of who and what are coming into your home, and the damage they can do! And – even though Best Buy says “relax – we’ve got you covered” in their advertising for the “Best Buy Total” membership – it seems they really don’t!

All the options easy to deal with slot of capacity

Arrived in evening whenever best buy gave the impression that the installer would arrive in the morning. Tried contacting customer service multiple time, who tried contacting the installer... no updates could be givern. Dishwasher works great until its time to dry. It trips the 20 amp AFCI breaker with ~20 minutes or so left in the drying process. We have a fully remodeled kitchen with new wiring. The dishwasher is on its own circuit as far as I can tell. We even went the extra mile and paid for the professional installation. It also has some sort of white insulation hanging in front that can not be forced back.

Installation was really fast, only took about an hour. Be sure to measure your door ways because The dishwasher only made it in by about 1/2 an inch.

Botch 500 series dishwasher: Have not used it yet. It arrived on time. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable. Explained how dishwasher worked, about the filter etc. They cleaned up after the installation. Went above and beyond my expectations to make this a worry free event.

Great they knew what they were doing. Very professional.they installed the dishwasher in a timely manner. Im really pleased. I said that i would put pictures and there they are. I hope that I made best buy look good. That is my intention . I kept my word. I hope that anybody reading this I just want to say that if your looking for a dishwasher this one is the best one out of all of them. And priced just right.

The company that Best Buy used for my dishwasher install was exceptional, they were extremely polite, tidy, and were careful to make sure that appliance was put in cleanly and perfectly. I was extremely happy with the service.

It was worth the price to have Best Buy install my dishwasher! It was done quickly and works great! The installer observed all the Covid guidelines! Highly recommend!

Well, being an old DIYer. It is kind of hard to admit that I may be a little long in the tooth. That I can't DIY like I used to. So I let professionals handle the installation. Best decision I made. The installers were here, install quickly and professionally. I probably would still be trying to install it four weeks later.

The installation process itself was pretty quick and easy. However, the staff did not spend time reviewing the features like they were supposed to. Lots of options but multiple lights go on when pressing each button and the option to turn some of them off is a preseset feature. Ie. Cannot turn off the rinse aid even if won't using it if auto mod is selected. This is true with other selections as well.

Everything went well with the installation of my dishwasher. I now have clean dishes.

Seventeen days after installation and the screws are falling out of the cabinet and the door won't close on the dishwasher so I can't use it. Installation was very, very poor. It looks like they used too short a screw on BOTH sides. Hoping Best Buy will get it corrected.
