Dishwasher installation was a nightmare. They sent a third party, first dishwasher had a huge dent which I am sure they caused them self or at least knew about it and then acted like they just noticed it after pulling the old dishwasher out and bringing the new damaged one in. They should check condition before even touching anything. Then we finally got a replacement after 2 weeks of using the dented dishwasher- it kept fixing a 4C water pressure error. I asked for them to just come back and reinstall it rather than get a replacement because when they installed it they seemed to kind of just shoved it back there plus the brackets were sticking out under the counter. Instead the guy just came and waited for the error for about 15 min when it didn’t show it he said he had another appointment to go to and if it happened again to text him photo- we texted photo and video and he said too bad call Best Buy for a replacement. Calling Best Buy is also a nightmare with a mess of transfers and people who don’t care. Twice their “system” to request replacement was down and they said call/text back. I didn’t understand why they don’t call me back. We finally got the third one and it works great. Took a photo of the 2’nd dishwasher, clearly the hose was kinked.

Very quite when it is on. I only use the quick and dry mode and it cleans very well. I love the top rack because I can put my son's bottle nipple on the top rack and still comes out very clean.

The technician who installed the dishwasher was awesome - very knowledgeable and helpful. Arrived on time and was very professional.

So, I’m having a tough time with this one because I think the guy was so nice and friendly that being said, last night before bed was the first time I’ve used the appliance he looked up as I got in bed my phone dings and I can hear the dishwasher dinging... the dishwasher legit says the “drainage problem.” If this is the first time using the device since installation, your machine was not installed properly... and now it says it wants me to drill some hole in somewhere... uhm..? I paid for a service and have no clue how to do it otherwise, I would of saved myself the money and did it myself ..? Also, did I mention that now there’s just water hanging out in the bottom of my new dishwasher? Yeah that’s fun and smells great.

Poor installation of our dishwasher. I am saying poor because the person that did it also damaged our brand NEW cabinet. We did not notice it until he left and when we opened our dishwasher. He acted like he knew what he was doing and we didn’t except any damages or complications with installing. We love our dishwasher. It is very quiet and does great job.

Installers Best Buy uses were fantastic! Had a challenging situation with the way my flooring is situated but they worked through it and got the job done! Highly recommend buying any major appliance through Best Buy!

Long story short I didn’t pay for installation due to the fact that I’ve installed a dishwasher before. But overall I’m loving the way my dishwasher looks.

From delivery to installation everything went smooth. Took about 45 minutes to install and the installer did a better job than the builder did when they installed the original dishwasher nine years ago. Installer turned on the unit and tested for leaks. Was very satisfied with the installation and being very neatly done.

Tech was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Had the dishwasher installed in no time.

Item was delivered without the "GE" logo button on the front panel, leaving two holes on the visible side of the appliance. I reported to it to the delivery person who took a picture and added it to the job's folder, but no follow-up action was taken. My dishwasher still has holes on the front, see attached picture.
