    First use was for a remote computer tune-up. Difficulty getting through late on a Friday night but Saturday was easy. Tech called me back back when I inadvertently disconnected the chat. The service tech called within an hour to discuss issue and then start the remote tune-up. Computer is working much better and several programs were updated.

    Maybe it’s just because of Covid, but the help I’ve received from the squad in person at the store has been limited to 20 minutes, which is not enough, especially given that they don’t have enough staff to allow fully personal time with the customer. Often, they have not been ready at the time of my appt, and the person helping me has also been helping others without appts at the same time, answering phones and conferring with other techs. My 20 minutes becomes disjointed-more like 5 minutes here and 5 minutes there. They also do not seem to have much knowledge of the apple products. And a few techs have appeared impatient and not too happy to help me, because I have many questions. Well, isn’t that what they are there for? Still, I can’t do this by myself, and it’s good to know that if I need something fixed, I have this protection. Therefore, while they aren’t the best at teaching, I know I can drop off my computer for work. I also have been glad to have this service for help with my tv.

    Nice to have the pros do stuff rather than struggling with "universal" directions. They usually assembled the product many times before and you can spend your time doing something better while they work. So far, my techs have been courteous, professional and knowledgable.

    hello i have had this subscription since may 2021 and purchased for assistance regarding a comprimised devices I am hopeful that i can use this to do a remote session to assist me with transfer of content. if that would be possible, that would be so helpful.     I have been exceptionally pleased with the Total Tech Support I have received. First, the Geek Squad fixed my laptop in a timely and professional manner and secondly, I received the Total Tech price for my washing machine purchase. I am a happy camper. Thank you for this program.

    I can't say enough good about my TOTAL TECH SUPPORT membership. They are there when I need them and I don't even have to get dressed, put my makeup on or drive to the store, For a busy professional I don't have time to be without my electronic equipment. Plus I don't have to worry about unexpected expenses for with any of my equipment breakdowns. Smartest purchase I have ever made!!!

    Bought this protection when I went in with a computer problem. Technical employee suggested I buy the plan. In the long run it would be cheaper. So I took out the plan the repai didn’t cost anything and now I have this service for the rest of the year. Great deal win win for me. Computer has been fine ever since. Thank you Best Buy.

    I very much liked Total Tech Support as it has saved me time, frustration and money. The service is excellent, and staff are very polite, respectful and professional. Well worth the money when you really need expert advice to solve any of your tech problems.

    this has been a very useful item in the past and the only reason it was not renewed is that we are coming to an age where computer activity has slowed down and we are not needing as much support - but recommend it to others who have a lot of computer activity.

    I always renew this service because it is so awesome. I am a senior citizen so these young people are able to fix my issues quickly and by the time they are done, I usually understand what has happened. They are very knowledgeable and patient. I always recommend to my friends to get the Geek Squad.

    I purchased this Total Tech Support to replace the Geek Squad Protection plan that I had had since 2011. This plan covers everything and has added bonuses of in-home consultation, total tech chat, you name it. If you get Malware, you are covered. I wouldn't even think of owning any technology without this membership. It pays for itself.

    I am happy I purchased the membership. This is an awesome deal, especially for a person like me, single and with kids, no time for anything but work and school. I am so glad I purchased the membership. I have been able to use this membership for all my computers, which are 4. The price is reasonable.

    I am certainly glad that I was told about this service while in the store and given a booklet about what the membership involves. I would be lost without it. There is so much new tech these days and it is difficult to keep up with all of it. I am certainly happy I have people that are knowledgeable that I can call if I have a problem.

    First, my Geek Squad agent “Orlando” is great! He helped me to understand that this program will be a great savings and great services. And sure enough they repaired my devices and provide me with a protection plan. They safeguard my devices against viruses. I just love this program they will also make home visit. I love the unlimited Geek Squad support at no extra charge.

    I love having the peace of mind that comes with this plan. Large family with heavy used pcs, tablets, cell phones, etc. Geek Squad always there when I need them which I do, on occasion. Tune up service and virus protection keeps my devices trouble free and up to speed. Agents have always been knowledgeable and courteous.

    In the past I have never purchased this type of protection plan, but with purchasing several devices this last time I decided to give it a try. I have always had good service in the past with protection plans from Best Buy and have no reason to believe otherwise. I felt at ease knowing that my devices would be covered if anything went wrong with them.

    I have had this membership renewed, this year. My daughter's computer and memory were, also, taken care of on my membership. That saved her quite a bit of money, so we were both happy. Service was done in a reasonable length of time by courteous and friendly technicians. I am glad I chose to renew my membership.

    I am not one to buy these kinds of services. But considering how many warranties and electronics I buy from Best Buy, the discount I get on the Geek Squad warranty almost covers the cost of the Total Tech support package. Also you can go to them for iPhone issues vs tying to go to an Apple Store. Best Buy is more convenient for my vs an Apple Store.

    It’s nice to have Geek Squad techs available anytime for help with my tech gadgets and devices. I am always able to get the help I need. They seem to always be busy yet never turn me away. My only suggestion would be to have sooner appointments available when scheduling through the app or website, it can be 3 to 5 days to get an appointment with my Apple devices or MacBook.

    I opted for this when I had an Asus laptop in which the harddrive bricked itself, they replaced the Harddrive and was great throughout the whole experience, kept me up to date through the whole process and was honest/not pushy. Most of all they got my laptop working again, which was great.
