My son bought this to cover his laptop because he was living in another state. He had an issue where windows stopped loading. I sent him a repair disk, but he took the laptop into best buy instead. The technician deleted all of the partitions with his data on it. They did offer to send it to their recovery center. I ran a few utilities that were able to recover the partition and get back most if not all of the files.

This Total Tech support by Geek Squad is well worth the price. They came to my house and made suggestions. They have hooked up a tv and soundbar. They knew what was needed and explained everything to me.

If you are purchasing ANYTHING from Best Buy…you absolutely NEED this!! I believe this purchased add-on is well worth the money…it covers everything I’ve purchased since getting this!

We purchased the total protection for our home electronics devices. I didn't realize some additional perks of the membership. It more than paid for itself.

The one thing I didn't know once I purchased Total Tech Support was that you get extra discounts on certain items. Even on a warranty you get a huge percentage off. I reccomend that you don't think twice when purchasing the Total Tech Support.

I had never knew there were xo many ways to get support right from your home. Myself am not very savey with computers and problems happen I don't want to be stuck anymore. These programs are always here when you need them.

Great assistance provided with trouble shooting old laptop issues and purchase of replacement. Set up of new unit was included as well as data transfer. Also available for use on my other units!

It's a great comfort to know that I can have ANY of my (or my wife's) devices looked at in the event of a problem, and not have to worry about potentially deal-breaking "labor" charges.

Total tech is good for many reasons. It saves you time when trying to fix your appliances. It also saves a lot of money. The team is efficient and responds to your needs quickly (evem during a pandemic).

I had the opportunity to get a Total Tech support membership for the first time. I like that you have membership pricing on things and this is not a bad investment. I would encourage someone to get it.

I'm glad I purchased this. They did a great job setting up my new device and transferring data from the old computer to the new one. Did a good job explaining my new computer operation to me when I picked it up.

These people are awesome! Sometimes you have to wait a while for assistance, but after a while you learn to contact them during off hours like 2 - 6 am, and let them work their expertise. They know their stuff!

Got a discount when I bought my computer, so I figured it would come in handy, which it has. I had Geek Squad upgrade to a new (bigger) ssd and mirror the old one, which they did for free.

My experience with the Best Buy associates was incredible they answered every question about the product and my MacBook Air is fast and because I use the Time Machine backup it was very easy to transfer all my data and was flawless thanks to the Geeksquad information

I used the Best Buy Geek Squad to transfer information from my old hard drive to my new machine and also to help me change some settings in an online chat. Great service in each of my encounters with the Best buy team.

Haven’t had an opportunity to use yet but have an appointment scheduled. Only downside was that when it was scheduled for the day I wanted, I received an email requesting it to be rescheduled.

I liked when I had this. Used it for my new computer, and had things installed in my car. Nice to have it for all devices and equipment. Service was good, and nice to save on service cost. It's expensive, but worth it for all equipment.
