We have used our total tech support protection plan several times and were relieved to have quick, efficient service and a remedy to our issue(s).

This product comes with our MacBook purchase. We haven’t really had the need to consult with them because we’ve been using apple products for some time and most issues are easily solved with google

Great customer service. They will help you out with your problems with any devices and will get them fixed. If they can’t get it fixed they will explain to you what you will need or get a new one.

The total tech support is a very nice item to have and get all of your electronics protected under the same umbrella. I will buy it again and recommend this service. Great team at the Southlands location.

I hadn't planned on purchasing the Total Tech Support but after salesperson explained the benefits I was sold. You get Tech Support on all your devices. Just knowing there is someone I can call if I have a problem is great.

Getting the total tech support is one of the best decisions I made. Because when you do have a problem you don’t have to worry paying each time, it is already paid for. And they know what they’re doing. Always reliable.

I don't know if i will continue to renew this service. I find it quite expensive. For some it may be worth it. However if you had to pay for each individual item it would end up costing more in the long run

This plan has proved to be so useful. We've taken in both computers and both laptops this year. Had to take one laptop back a second time. Geeks are very helpful if you have any questions. It's definitely worth the money.

Great purchase, and worth the price to be able to get an antivirus for up to 10 devices, and have the option to get them to look at multiple electronics and not just the one you purchased.

I needed the help with my older MacBook, then bought the new one and needed them to help me set it up. They also cleaned up my husbands HP notebook. I like the idea you can use up to 10 pieces of electronics with one contract

I love Tech support any issues whatsoever and they will immediately assist you. I had several issues with Outlook which were resolved very quickly. Set up your PC and transfer data from old PC.

Love this protection plan. It covers all my items under warranty and tech love it will definitely purchase it again it has saved me several warranty coverage plans since I have purchased it.

Service has been excellent and value is phenomenal. Had 4 computers serviced. Hard drive replacements to ssd. Very quick turnaround and no problems. The more devices the greater the value.
