Service has been excellent and value is phenomenal. Had 4 computers serviced. Hard drive replacements to ssd. Very quick turnaround and no problems. The more devices the greater the value.

Beyond the benefits that TTS provides, I think want stands out the most in my opinion is the ease of mind that pretty much everything tech in my household is covered to some extent.

This is by far a must have if you have any tech. The Geek squad expertise to onstall whatever you need withoit a charge for the labor. Depending on what is fixed 1 trip will pay for itself.

We've used it for several devices now and has been great. The best buy team members are knowledgable and the ability to call in for help at home is awesome. I would recommend if you aren't very tech savvy like me.

The Geek squad is the best at our Canoga Park CA store. They are friendly and kind never try to make you feel stupid. They do a good job on repairing our computers or answering question. Well worth the money for the insurance contract.

I am very pleased with the inhouse Tech Support I received. So far so good. I have not used all the total support on other devices yet, but I am sure They will do a good job if I needed it.

I was so glad that I purchased this membership. The Geek Tech that setup my tvs and sound bar were great. They worked very efficiently as well as they arrived on time.

Used tech support many times for various issues. Past year have probably used them 6 or more times. Great service, lower costs on the Total Tach Support membership and cuts the cost a lot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Purchased prior to car stereo install. Turned out to be a good value, since it should also apply to labor on stereo replacements or installs on another vehicle I own. Have yet to use the geed squad services on other electronic items.

Our household has saved big with no installation fees while on Total Tech Support membership. It is so nice knowing we can drop off electronics to be updated or fixed and pick up within a few days.
