The Tech Support is very knowledgeable and is very helpful thing making sure my programs run smooth and well on my system's. I am glad that I am able to have the opportunity of having security and great performance.

My son bought this to cover his laptop because he was living in another state. He had an issue where windows stopped loading. I sent him a repair disk, but he took the laptop into best buy instead. The technician deleted all of the partitions with his data on it. They did offer to send it to their recovery center. I ran a few utilities that were able to recover the partition and get back most if not all of the files.

I have had great response from the support team for all my questions and the few 'glitches' - they have talked me through them clearly and effectively. Great investment - so glad I purchased this support!

Total Tech Support has been a God-Send for us. We don't use it very often, but we needed them this year and they came through without our having to take the computer in to our local Best Buy store.

The technical crew did a good job in transferring my iMac data (Tod) and setting up the adapter on my MacBook Pro (R. Schlieckau). Both explained the processes and answered any questions I asked clearly. Good job.

I purchased this for my Mac and I’m happy I’ve got a year of security to keep my Mac running at peak efficiency. I think it’s worth the money for peace of mind for my Mac. Good value for the money.

It is so helpful to have help available whenever needed. I had updated my computer and was unable to get my printer to work and I had no clue of how to fix it. Tech Support was very helpful and led me through step by step!!
