I would not be without this at all. I even called them to help me set up my Roku Streaming Device as there were 3 steps that I needed help with. The Total Tech people have been helpful on other tech products too for me.

The BEST Membership Fee I ever spent. The Geek Squad at Atlantic Ave/Barclays Center in Brooklyn is FANTASTIC and the IT Support Geek Squad team in Kentucky was SUPER as well.

This service is great. I had them check out my laptops and optimize the. Also they replaced my antivirus with webroot at no added cost, on all of my devices. A little expensive but certainly worth it.

The technical crew did a good job in transferring my iMac data (Tod) and setting up the adapter on my MacBook Pro (R. Schlieckau). Both explained the processes and answered any questions I asked clearly. Good job.
