This is basically a very inexpensive plan and the geek squad techs a very competent.... I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend to family and friends

This protection plan is totally worth the purchase. We purchased two laptops for our kids being home schooled due to the pandemic and we have used this plan at least twice already.

I'll give it a good review for the price and best buys service. But i haven't had a chance to fully use it just yet. But i definitely plan on utilizing it for whatever i can.

Purchasing total tech support for my computer saves me from any headaches if something goes wrong. since everything is included I don’t have to worry about high fees for repairs.

The only reason I did not give a 5 is the sorry phone system it takes forever to get through. The package is well worth what it cost and includes the Webroot protection.

I like my saving protection plan, getting tech support any time through out the year and discounts on the cost of having the tech set stuff up at your house. Never know when you need it.

It might as well be called a bundled service since their are so many kinds of help one gets with Total Tech Support. One does feel like the assistance is expert quality and they follow it with expert service.

If you are someone who is not familiar with computers and softwares, this would be something very useful and gives you a peace of mind as it does cover all your needs.

You need to read the small print. I have found that this support is good in most software cases, however for a problem they can't identify the computer has to be sent to another location and then additional costs come in to play.

I have had Total Tech Support for several years and and I have always had nothing but great help from all the techs. In store and also using phone support as well. Well worth the cost!!

The tech support plan pays for itself very quickly! I had to bring my Mac in due to an issue, and it costed nothing to get it repaired! The tech support is invaluable.

Got all the computers for the family protected now...being I bought the computers and stuff anyway. Can't travel to Alaska or Florida each time they need help so...Geek squad to the rescue!!

Great service! It practically already paid for itself, they set our new computer within an hour and were even able to troubleshoot and repair an older laptop I had that died on me. I would recommend this service always.

Geek Squad did me a solid when they manage to resurrect my old home movies from a damaged hard drive. Those were irreplaceable memories. The cost of membership was well worth it.

I have had this membership for four different laptops. Have used it with local Geek Squad - always happy with the result. Used twice to fix broken laptop parts. Again happy with result.

I like the convenience of the TECH support pkg, I live in Colorado and travel to visit family in Wisconsin, there is Tech support available in both areas as well as via phone.
