Great protection plan that saves me money. I'm so glad I decided to get this and ended up using it within the first couple of weeks when my laptop was having some issues. It was resolved quickly online.

I did quite the research on this product before purchasing. I had a few questions that the Manager, Roy, was more than happy to explain when I arrived to the store. This is a decent deal for what it covers.

Geek Squad did me a solid when they manage to resurrect my old home movies from a damaged hard drive. Those were irreplaceable memories. The cost of membership was well worth it.

My wife really likes this computer but it's is constantly looking ota connection to our internet . I've got 2 routers and it looses connection constantly even though my ps4 my kids tablets and there game systems stay connected

The tech support plan pays for itself very quickly! I had to bring my Mac in due to an issue, and it costed nothing to get it repaired! The tech support is invaluable.

I like the convenience of the TECH support pkg, I live in Colorado and travel to visit family in Wisconsin, there is Tech support available in both areas as well as via phone.

The only reason I did not give a 5 is the sorry phone system it takes forever to get through. The package is well worth what it cost and includes the Webroot protection.

Was able to get 1.4 terribytes of memory off my lap top a service that is normally $199 but with Total Tech it was included and I’m getting my tv mounted for just $49 instead of $200. It’s a life saver

This plan payed for itself. All car stereo equipment was installed free with this plan, even if I didn't buy products from Best Buy. Repaired Computer included and ran diagnosis on another included.

Total Tech Protection is worth every dollar spent I can just call them and ask a question and I'm told to bring in the purchase and someone will take care of it.
