My wife really likes this computer but it's is constantly looking ota connection to our internet . I've got 2 routers and it looses connection constantly even though my ps4 my kids tablets and there game systems stay connected

I have already used this a few times and once was to have a Bluetooth radio installed in my car which is free to with this package so it’s already paid for itself.

Was able to get 1.4 terribytes of memory off my lap top a service that is normally $199 but with Total Tech it was included and I’m getting my tv mounted for just $49 instead of $200. It’s a life saver

This plan payed for itself. All car stereo equipment was installed free with this plan, even if I didn't buy products from Best Buy. Repaired Computer included and ran diagnosis on another included.

Mostly use onlne computer support which is very helpful. Most of the time techs resolve issues with in a reasonable timeframe....but wait time for a support tech is sometimes excessive....several hours

Geek Squad team is great at the Nashua NH store. Very knowledgeable, professional, and quick to solve my issues. They have beat all promised deadlines, and provided great value.

If you have trouble finding your way around a computer and cotinine to have problems, this is for you. If you're not continually doing updates and are not having problems, this may not be for you.

I loved having tech support. It's such a convenience and great if you can afford it. I still wished that I had it. I like maintaining all my devices to stay in good working conditions.
