Now for us this Geek Squad service and total tech service is the must since we are senior and need support frequently. All are very professional and Most of they are very knowledgeable.

This is the perfect product for people like me (wanting to spend time working, baking cookies, gardening) who don't want to have to take the time to read every detail, remember every process, know how to speak techie.

Mostly use onlne computer support which is very helpful. Most of the time techs resolve issues with in a reasonable timeframe....but wait time for a support tech is sometimes excessive....several hours
