Good to have incase any tech issues arise. Used it a couple of times. For the price I wish it was for a longer period. But it paid for itself by using it a couple of times.

I haven’t had to use the protection plan yet. My computer is working perfectly. I have had to use it on prior purchases, so I think it is worth the cost.

I’m confident knowing I have a knowledgeable team behind me, so whenever I have a problem I can go to them with any product and have them take a look at it.

Having this has been useful and saved money IF you take the services for the price that BestBuy charges. Some of the services are over priced and this, for a fee, brings the price down to a normal amount.

Geek Squad provided five star service delivering my TV’s, installing the brackets and hiding the cables inside of the wall. Definitely recommend!

TECH SUPPORT that I do not specifically need would be helpful to most. Would be nice if I could opt out of this and pay less for the audio install membership.
