Paid for itself in the repair of my computer. looking forward the having someone come out to my house to test my network and make suggestions for improving it.

While I have not had to need them in my home, I enjoy knowing I can call or make an appointment to get the help or information I need to continue using my technology.

Again, will never live without Geek Squad....always know they have my back on fixing everything, since i CANNOT. For me, this is a necessity.

You won't regret buying this. If you don't get it, you'll be pretty upset with yourself when you realize you can't fix things by yourself.

The support membership was offered to me when I took my laptop with the blue screen in for a diagnostic. It seemed like a good deal and good for a year.

Chat support, in home help is very affordable and so worth it! The Geek squad rep I have worked with were always very courteous, professional, and very patient.

With all of the service include, I thinks the plan has paid for itself - free installation of by wife's car radio, back-up camera and new speakers just to mention a few

I originally bought the "beginner" service. After having that for a couple of years went in for the "TOP" service. Way better. Get it!
