    Geek squad is always helpful with the questions I have for whatever I have dealing with technology they are so knowledgeable and I believe they are worth five stars!

    a+++, excellent support whilw purchasing this TOTAL TECH SUPPORT. Mr Yefim, the tech support (geek squad agent) was very knowledgeable and tech expert..

    I have purchased the plan as it was a good deal for me at the time since I bought a number of new kitchen appliances. Normally would not buy it as I would not use it.

    I like the support. sometimes, they don't seem to solve my issue on the first try, but I have faith that they will fix it on the 2nd try. =)

    The support membership was offered to me when I took my laptop with the blue screen in for a diagnostic. It seemed like a good deal and good for a year.

    The price of total tech was easily worth it. I would’ve paid $300 to install TV mounts and instead I still pay the $300 amount plus get a year of free support.

    total tech could be good or bad depending on who you get a good tech or one that don't feel like it I experience both so it just depends who best buy send out.

    Bad Geek Squad Good Manager

    I had the wired camera installed on the 3rd visit. When I scheduled my installation, I was asked if there was a wired camera at the place this camera was going to be installed and I said Yes. The rep said that was the only thing needed. When the geek squad person visited to install this other installations, he said he doesn’t do wired install and I would require a handy man to do it for me. This is not true because Best Buy geek squad does have a wired camera install service that I purchased. I didn’t ask any question and went to the store to get it rescheduled. For the rescheduled install, on the day of appointment, the tech called and asked about the nature of install and I said it was a wired install. He said he isn’t trained to do that and that I will have to reschedule and waited for my next appointment. Same thing happened ok my 3rd appointment and I called the store manager to understand what was going on. No one had any clue but the store manager did find an answer and another appointment had to be created. Finally installed. On the whole, it wasn’t a good geek squad experience. People take geek squad memberships for quick access and easy access to trained people and if we get these type of replies, it brings down the trust on geek squad. I did cancel my geek squad as I was within the cancellation period and they gave me a credit for the amount I would have paid had I purchased installations without geek squad subscription. This whole episode took the one whole Saturday (3rd appointment)

    ❤ my total protection plan! If purchasing a smart television don't leave the store without the plan. Reasonable dependable and needed. ❤ the Geek Squad!
