Total Tech Support is a great buy. I have been able to bring in 4 devices and the Geek squad has completed the necessary things needed on the devices.

Anyone who works form home and does not have this program is crazy. They are available 24/7 and have the patience for someone with limited tech skills.

These guys barely got the job done. Communication lacked between the technicians themselves and with keeping me up to date. One tech thought the process had not completed properly, went home, then let the next tech know only for the next tech to not understand the issue and crossed his fingers when he gave my laptop back. Secondly, they took three times as long as they verbally promised me which interfered with my work and if I had known, I would have brought the laptop to be fixed another time - which I had clearly stated.

It’s always there when you need it and they do a great job of being available to help you through anything that you are having problems with. a definitely must buy
