Geek Squad tech support is outstanding. They have helped me on several occasions with problems with my laptop software resolving my issue.

Best Buy tech support personnel are always professional and knowledgeable. It's good to have an expert to discuss issues with.

Having Tech Support is a must because I am not Tech Savy and I use my Tech Support for all to solve all my computer issues.

I always buy the product insurance. If something breaks they just give you a new item - no hassles. Includes accidental breakage.

As far as dealing with geek squad I had no issues . Everything was smooth but the store Managers were rude . They don’t deserve the management position

I used their services on 3 different occasions and more than well satisfied. I'm not tech savvy so in person is great.

I purchased the total tech support membership last year to help me install software onto my computer. It was worth the cost because it was a few dollars more then I was going to be charged for the service, It is a year later and I have never needed to use the coverage again . I went in to have a screen replaced on a tablet I purchased at Best Buy and was told that they do not do physical repairs on devices. In my opinion total tech support is only worth it if it cost less then the service you need done.

Took the worry out of servicing all the tech we love to buy but always need help with installation and repair. Best investment we have made!

Gh good service if you have multiple computers or tablet devices or laptops wanted to fixed on the software or slowness other than that most of the services cost $49.99
